Managing Consultant at Prensa Property Risk Consultants - Brisbane Mike has over 12 years of consulting and management experience in the UK and more recently in Australia in asbestos management and other property related risk assessments and management. During this time he has been involved with many large projects including multi-million pound social housing decent homes projects involving survey programs, air monitoring and asbestos removal project management. Specific recent projects Mike has either directly conducted or managed include the following: Project management of Large Social Housing Decent Homes Refurbishment Programmes; 3- 5 year framework projects conducting pre refurbishment asbestos surveys to thousands of occupied housing stock, production of reports, removal tenders and specifications and overseeing the asbestos abatement works. Project management of large asbestos surveys and management plans for prestigeous London buildings including Twickenham Rugby Stadium and Battersea Power Station. Project Director for a large scale prefurbishment asbestos survey and removal program at RSQ & OPD Buildings for St Barts Hopsital, Central London. Conducted pre demolition surveys on behalf of a demolition contractor to numerous buildings within the site developed for the 2012 London Olympic Games.
