Biography
I co-founded Profusion Group in 2005 and I am a Director of our executive search practice – pac executive. I specialise in the appointment of senior roles across advice, superannuation, platforms, insurance and asset management. Previous Experience / Roles (prior to Profusion): In the late 1980s, I worked as a graduate in sales and marketing for Kodak, before progressing into key account management. Leveraging my sales and relationship management skills, I made the move into the recruitment industry joining a start-up recruitment firm. Within two (2) years, I was responsible for transforming this organisation into a successful and award winning business. In 1998, I moved into executive search specialising in the field of Banking and Financial Services.
