Biography
Victoria Niklas, MD is passionate in uncovering the therapeutic potentials in human milk and transforming the knowledge into meaningful solutions in healthcare. She leads the Research & Development team to develop the next generation products from human milk. Dr. Niklas has nearly three decades of experience as a clinical investigator and neonatologist, integrating basic and translational science into diseases afflicting newborns. She comes to Prolacta after serving as a professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, and as director of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Newborn Services at Olive View-UCLA Medical Center.
