Biography
The founding partner, Brad Prout has over 19 years investment banking and business management experience. Through the involvement of Prout Partners, Brad has run financial services, infrastructure and operating businesses. Prout Partners works with Boards and management to deliver on corporate, project, funding and strategic objectives. Brad has undertaken numerous project and corporate financing roles and has diverse interests and specialist knowledge in infrastructure and project financing, receivable financing and retirement income stream product development. Unlike many advisors, Brad gives very direct advice to his clients and then insists that remuneration is tied directly to the successful delivery of solutions. Prior to starting Prout Partners, Brad held the position of Senior Vice President at Bankers Trust Australia and a financial markets executive position with SBC Warburg. During his career, Brad was awarded the inaugural and prestigious David Williams Fellowship then administered through the St James Ethic Centre. Brad is supported by professional staff with expertise in accounting, taxation, law and financial modelling.
