Biography
Dr. Guo has currently served as the Company’s Vice President of Development with more than 25 years’ experience in research and development for drug delivery technologies. Dr. Guo is one of the inventors for Durasert technology, and she has worked in variety stages of development for all three FDA approved products in the company. Dr. Guo joined Control Delivery Systems Inc (CDS), a predecessor of pSivida US, as research scientist after post-graduation research in New England Eye Center, and has worked her career up in the same company. Hong is a medicinal chemist in training (BS and MS from China Pharmaceutical University) and received a PhD degree in the same field from University of Heidelberg, Germany.
