Bob Di Silvio

Biography

Bob Di Silvio is President of Xtant Medical Inc; a world leading Biologics, Spine and Orthopedic company; prior to this Bob was Senior Vice President of Lumenis North America. Lumenis is the world’s leading Laser and light-based medical products company. Bob previously served in a variety of senior executive positions including President & Chief Executive Officer for Pyng Medical. He also served as Vice President & General Manager with Safe Life Corp, which develops, manufactures and market TriosynTM, an antimicrobial agent used in a wide range of applications. In this role, Bob was responsible for all revenue generated from commercialized product sales, pursuing and negotiating worldwide sales and distributorship contracts as well as facilitating the highest quality of product and customer service to ensure efficiency and maximum profit. Bob served as Vice President of US Field Operations (300M+) for the Physio-Control division of Medtronic, the leading manufacturer of cardiac biomedical devices. In addition to a Masters in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Organic Chemistry from the University of Connecticut, Bob also completed three years at the University of Rome School of Medicine.
