Biography
Professor Brian Maguire holds an appointment at the School of Health, Medical and Applied Sciences in Central Queensland University, Rockhampton, Qld. Australia. He has a doctoral degree in public health from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and a master's degree in health administration from Central Michigan University. He is a 2009 Senior Fulbright Scholar and has presented his research in nine countries. His dozens of publications, including articles and book chapters in the areas of epidemiology, emergency medical systems, policy, management, education, public health and emergency management, have been cited over 800 times.
