Fritha Radyk

Biography

 Fritha has a strong belief in developing great teams to deliver the highest quality of care. Having recently joined Icon Group to take up the position of COO – Cancer Care [Australia], encompassing both ROC and Icon Cancer Care. Fritha is focused on driving the organisation’s leadership position in the Australian oncology landscape. She has a strong understanding of the private healthcare space having recently been the Director of the Mater Springfield campus. Prior to that, Fritha led the redesign of the Mater hospital service following closure of the children’s hospital. She began her career as a management consultant with Ernst and Young in Auckland, New Zealand, specialising in strategic planning, project management and process reengineering, with a strong healthcare focus. Fritha has followed this with a wide range of consulting and operational management roles in Australia, New Zealand and Canada – both in and out of the healthcare sector. Her business acumen and healthcare knowledge will add incredible value to ROC.
