Joseph Lyons

Biography

As REA Group’s Executive General Manager for Commercial & Developer, Joseph provides overall direction and strategic management for both the Commercial and Developer Lines of Business, ensuring the needs of our customers and property seekers are at the forefront of all decisions.   He brings to the role over 15 years of commercial leadership experience spanning sales, marketing, brand and product management across financial services and healthcare. Prior to joining REA Group in 2014, Joseph held leadership positions with global organisations GE and GlaxoSmithKline. He holds a Bachelor of Management (Marketing) from the University of South Australia and also spent time studying in New York. He is also a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.   In his spare time, Joseph is a keen sports enthusiast and loves long distance running and surfing. He also has an active and busy home life with his wife Tina and three children Samuel, Sophie and Abby.
