Biography
Peter is Executive Chairman of McGrathNicol. He has specialised in corporate recovery for over 20 years, with extensive experience in both restructuring and insolvency, having led a number of very large and complex engagements. Peter’s experience includes business investigations, strategic reviews, development and implementation of strategic, financial and operational reconstructions, the sale of businesses, formal insolvency management, loan portfolio reviews and impaired loan management. In addition to Australia, Peter has worked internationally across a broad range of industries and with corporates of all sizes. Peter regularly advises syndicates of banks, bond holders and hedge funds on problem files. Peter has been Chairman of ASX listed integrated services provider Millennium Services Group Ltd since November 2015.
