Biography
Caitlin joined the team in January 2017 bringing both experience and passion in the human resource management profession. Partnering with the Senior Executives, Caitlin leads the company’s human resources initiatives and is responsible the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the human resources strategy, policies, processes and procedures. She is motivated by the role human resources plays in driving a culture that fosters innovation and growth whilst embodying Redback’s values.
