Biography
Mr. Michael A. Jackson is an Lead Independent Director of Renewable Energy Group Inc., Since October 2014, Mr. Jackson has served as CEO and President of Jackson and Associates Consulting, LLC. Mr. Jackson served as the Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer of Trupointe Cooperative, Inc. from September 2011 until October 2014. Mr. Jackson served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Adayana, Inc., a human capital development and agribusiness management consulting firm, from April 2008 to May 2011 and served as Chief Operating Officer of Adayana, Inc. from February 2006 to April 2008. Mr. Jackson was Chief Executive Officer and President of Agri Business Group, Inc., an agribusiness consulting and training company, which he founded in 1979, until its merger with Adayana, Inc. in October 2005. Mr. Jackson is a member of the board of directors of Terra Nitrogen Company, L.P., a nitrogen fertilizer company and is chairman of the board of ABG Ag Services. Mr. Jackson holds a B.S. in agricultural economics from Purdue University.
