Biography
As a microbiologist with 30+ years of experience specializing in food safety and quality assurance, I have worked in industry, in academia and with the FDA. I am available for temporary, remote or on-site projects and to travel as needed. I am interested in working with food companies designated very small and small that lack the manpower to meet FSMA enforcement dates with a written food safety plan. After enforcement dates, I can help with corrective action, documentation and continued compliance. As an experienced educator, project manager and certified HACCP Manager, I have significant experience in technical writing and presentations as well as knowledge of food safety parameters.
