Biography
Appointed to the Board in June 2010, Dr Weiss is an Executive Director of Ariadne Australia Ltd and a former executive director with the Guinness Peat Group. Dr Weiss has LL.B (Hons) and LLM (Dist.) degrees from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand and a JSD from Cornell University, New York. Dr Weiss has extensive experience in international capital markets and is a director of a number of public and private companies. Dr Weiss was appointed Chair on 1 July 2015.
