Biography
Dr. Rohit Ashok Khot is the Deputy Director of the Exertion Games Lab; and Vice Chancellor's Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Media and Communication at RMIT University, Australia. Rohit leads the node on 'Data and new materialities' within the Design and Creative Practice Enabling Capacity Platforms (ECP), where he is exploring the implication of food printing and molecular sensing towards personalised nutrition and improving food literacy.
