Biography
Debbie joined the Senex board in May 2014. She is an experienced independent director and audit committee chair, currently serving on the boards of ASX-listed companies Macquarie Atlas Roads Group, APA Group, Ooh! Media Limited and Ten Network Holdings Ltd1. She is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the People & Remuneration Committee for the Senex board. Debbie also serves as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee for Ooh Media Limited and the Ten Network Holdings and Chair of the Remuneration Committee for Macquarie Atlas. Debbie has more than 20 years’ senior management experience with professional services firms, government authorities and ASX-listed companies across finance, operations, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions. She is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
