Biography
Jeffs was appointed Executive General Manager Human Resources of Sigma Pharmaceuticals Limited in February 2017. Prior to joining Sigma, Ms Jeffs was Executive Director HR at Austin Health (2011-2017) and spent the previous 15 years with ANZ Banking Group Ltd in various human resource roles including with Retail and Commercial Banking, and leading ANZ’s Group Talent and Succession portfolio. Ms Jeffs brings to Sigma strong experience as a HR Executive Leader including aligning cultures to business strategy, building organisational capability and driving transformational change.
