Biography
David has extensive experience in risk management and business reorganisation. He has worked as a consultant, scheme manager, receiver, manager and liquidator to very large and complex companies. David was previously Australian National Chairman of KPMG, Chartered Accountants. He also chairs South32’s nomination and governance committee and sits on the risk and audit committee.
