Biography
Peter was appointed Chief Marketing Officer in August 2017 after having been Head of Marketing for South32 since May 2015. He has over 25 years of global experience in logistics and marketing.Prior to joining South32, Peter held various roles in BHP Billiton, including Vice President Marketing Aluminium in The Hague and led the consolidation of the Aluminium and Stainless Steel Materials Marketing teams in August 2012. In 2013, Peter was appointed Vice President Marketing Aluminium, Manganese & Nickel based out of Singapore. Previously, Peter worked in various marketing roles in Japan, Australia, Russia, Cyprus and Switzerland, including for Rio Tinto and Rusal.
