Biography
Bryce is a structural geologist with over 15 years’ experience, including over 10 years consulting experience in the exploration and mining sector. Bryce has developed a broad technical background across both coal and mineral commodities. In the coal sector, Bryce is technically proficient and an experienced project manager in a range of areas – geology exploration programs including target generation and prospectivity analysis; minesite structural geological risk reviews; independent technical reviews, asset valuation and due diligence for coal mining projects for the resource and finance sectors. Bryce has strong skills in modelling of site data and interpretation using remotely sensed geophysical data sets. With a PhD in granite petrology and a strong structural geology background, Bryce has also acquired a diverse range of geological skills in granite associated mineralisation and has worked on numerous exploration targeting/ assessment and structural geological modelling studies for resource delineation/ estimation, primarily on porphyry systems. Bryce has developed an understanding of all aspects of granite systems and has academically facilitated major advances in the understanding of tectonic crustal evolution of the Lachlan Fold Belt.
