Biography
Roger joined St Barbara in 2013 and is responsible for leading the exploration activity to grow the Company's resource base through discovery at Simberi (Papua New Guinea) and Australia. Roger has 25 years experience in the resource industry having worked in technical, research, planning and management roles for Dominion Mining, Ross Mining, Auzex Resources and Oceana Gold. Roger has extensive experience working on epithermal, mesothermal, porphyry, intrusion related and IOCG (iron oxide copper gold) deposits in diverse environments across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific and has been exposed to a range commodities including gold, silver, tin, tungsten, molybdenum and copper.
