Biography
Val joined St Barbara in September 2013. Val is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and leads the Human Resources Function which includes recruitment, remuneration and benefits, talent management, learning and development and employee relations. Prior to joining St Barbara, Val worked for Newcrest Mining and has over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources.
