Biography
Paul was appointed to the Board on 1 October 2009 and was appointed as Chairman on 5 October 2012. Paul is a former Executive Director of Macquarie Bank with extensive experience in banking, finance and risk management. Paul is Chair of Social Ventures Australia, Chair of the Trustees of St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney and holds several private company directorships. Paul is chair of the People & Culture Committee
