Biography
Chris joined Miro Advisors in 2011. Since then, he has advised on a wide range of asset, financing and corporate transactions in oil and gas. Prior to joining Miro Advisors, Chris worked for 3 years as a corporate lawyer at Mills Oakley Lawyers in Melbourne. During this time, Chris advised various private and publicly held corporate clients on a broad range of business transactions including takeovers, asset purchases and divestments, shareholder issues and corporate governance. Chris has a Bachelor of Law and Arts from the University of Western Australia and has also completed a Diploma of Applied Finance with Kaplan Professional.
