Biography
As the Senior Quality Assurance Associate my core responsibilities include internal and external audits, including management of ISO certification, initial and ongoing evaluation of suppliers, owner of the risk management program including reviewing it's effective through ongoing analysis and lastly representing quality during all mergers and acquisitions. Project Work: Quality Online Platform Project- Responsible for the development and management of support functions from planning, tracking and reporting, provide and document requirements as SME for two of the main streams of the project, develop and carry out user acceptance scripts in test environment and engaged with managers to create a communications plan including identifying and planning regarding stakeholder management.
