Brian Davies

Biography

As the global human resources leader for SUEZ’s Water Technologies & Solutions, Brian Davies is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing an effective human resources function that serves more than 10,000 employees around the world. Prior to his current position, Brian served as Global Human Resources Leader at GE’s Water & Process Technologies for more than 8 years. He previously was managing director for GE Capital’s Corporate Financial Services (CFS) business. While in that position Brian helped the CFS business grow significantly and was involved in several acquisitions. Brian joined GE Appliances in 1989 and has held a number of human resources roles with increasing responsibility, including human resources manager – South Asia Pacific for GE Power Systems in Singapore and Managing Director HR for GE Plastics Europe in the Netherlands. Brian also worked at the GE Corporate HQ supporting the Corporate Initiatives Group, IT and Sourcing.
