Biography
Istvan Zsirai is a Senior Integration Advisor of SUEZ’s Water Technologies & Solutions. In this assignment Istvan will help the integration of GE’s Water & Process Technologies and SUEZ’s Industrial Solutions. Prior to his current position, Istvan served as VP Global Supply Chain Leader for more than 7 years and as EMEA Supply Chain Leader 4 years at GE’s Water & Process Technologies. While in that positions Istvan led the transition of supply chain to an integrated global organization with improved cost and capability structure, initiated and led several significant integration, restructuring and investment projects. Istvan has over 37 years of membrane based advanced water & wastewater treatment experience. He joined the water business in 1981, has held numerous domain expert and leadership roles at Vidus Ltd. Hungary and Zenon Env. Inc. Canada as M.Sc. Process Engineer and Economist prior joining GE Water in 2006.
