Biography
As the Chief Technology Officer for the Water Technologies & Solutions, Tom Stanley leads the global technology organization and works together with the commercial, product management, engineering, and supply chain organizations to maximize growth and competitiveness through new product introductions and other initiatives. Previously, Tom Stanley was CTO of GE’s Water & Process Technologies. Prior, Tom served as vice president of technology for Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) Innovative Plastics. Tom joined GE in 1986 as a staff engineer at the Corporate Research and Development Center in New York. He has since held engineering and technology leadership roles of increasing responsibility, including technology general manager for GE Silicones, global technology manager for High Performance Polymers, Six Sigma master black belt for Lexan* resins, and Noryl* GTX product line leader.
