Biography
Melissa joined Surgical Specialties in 2010 as HR/Compliance Manager and has over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources, Payroll & Compliance, primarily with orthopaedic multi-nationals. Prior to this, Melissa worked as a Paralegal and holds an Associate Degree of Law (Paralegal Studies). Melissa focuses on the complete HR cycle from recruitment to ongoing engagement and performance management of our team. Melissa also ensures Surgical Specialties fulfils its responsibilities as a Member & Code Licensee with the Medical Technology Association of Australia.
