Kathy Sozou

Biography

Kathy joined KPMG in Sydney in 2001 and spent two and a half years on secondment to the Recovery and Restructuring Advisory division of KPMG in London. She returned to Sydney in 2006 and subsequently joined McGrathNicol following their separation from KPMG. She also spent four months on secondment in the distressed credit team of a major financial institution assisting in the management of its troublesome and impaired assets. Kathy’s primary experience in recent years has been in independent business and diagnostic reviews for both private and public sector participants, turnaround planning, cash management and operational restructuring. She also has extensive experience in formal insolvency administrations both in Australia and the UK.
