Biography
Naoko Iino started her career as a pharmacist in Jichi Medical University Hospital after graduating from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the Tokyo University of Science, in 1983. She then joined Medical Planet Inc., a medical specialist staff and training company as a founding member and Vice President after which she was appointed President of Medical Creation Inc. She served as President and Representative Director at Japan Medical Information Research Institute, Inc. from 2007 to 2009. Her knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical industry broadened even further after she developed regenerative cell medicine as Executive Officer at tella, Inc., from 2010 where she was also engaged in business development. After serving as Advisor to the Vice Chair, Board of Governors at Tokyo University of Science, she began in 2016 to serve in her current role as Advisor to NACALAI TESQUE, INC., and from 2017 began serving as Guest Associate Professor at Graduate School of Medicine, Osaka University.
