Biography
Mr Bursill has been a Director and the Company Secretary of Tamboran since 2009. He has over 20 years accounting experience and is highly respected in the financial industry. Mr Bursill has worked with Franks & Associates Pty Ltd since 1999, assisting publicly listed and unlisted companies with capital raising activities, financial management, investor relations and company secretarial services and compliance. Mr Bursill is a chartered accountant, with B.Agr.Ec from the University of Sydney where he majored in Accounting, Commercial Law and Resource Economics.
