Biography
Robert Fraser has 27 years of investment banking experience, including with a major merchant bank. Robert advises numerous public companies and is also a non-executive director of ARB Corporation Limited (including Chairman of its Audit and Nomination and Remuneration Committees), FFI Holdings Limited and is the Senior Independent Director of Magellan Financial Group Limited (including Chairman of its Audit and Risk Committee). He is also a licensed business broker and a licensed real estate agent. Robert is highly skilled in takeovers and mergers, acquisitions and divestments, capital management, corporate governance and financial analysis, including experience in the areas of corporate strategy, valuation, financing, taxation and trade practices.
