Biography
Simon specialises in equity capital markets and corporate advisory at Taylor Collison, he commenced his career at PwC in M&A and Corporate Advisory roles, following which he worked in equity capital markets and institutional/high net worth stock broking. Simon has been responsible for IPO’s, placements, reverse takeovers and underwritings for companies across numerous sectors and has sourced capital from Australia and offshore with a particular focus on Asian based investors. Simon is a Charted Accountant, completed a Bachelor of Commerce with a Business Law Minor at the University of Western Australia and has a Graduate Certificate in Mineral Economics from the WA School of Mines.
