Biography
Ashley is a Partner of McGrathNicol Transaction Services in Melbourne. Ashley has 20 years’ experience working in the Chartered Accounting profession which includes 8 years at McGrathNicol and 12 years at Ernst & Young. Ashley has specialised in Transaction Services and Corporate Advisory for the majority of his career, with extensive experience domestically and internationally (US) advising corporate and private equity clients. Ashley specialises in due diligence (acquisition, vendor and pre-lend), deal negotiation and support, forecast assessment, cash flow management, and post deal integration.
