Biography
"I’ve been a practicing therapist for over 20 years, working with individuals, couples and families. I have particular expertise in areas which are challenging (including self harming behaviours and family work). I am a clinical supervisor for new and experienced Counsellors and Therapists and the founder of The Couple and Family Training Centre - a training centre dedicated to high quality training for Counsellors and Therapists who are interested in learning clinical skills in couple and family work. I am the Head Lecturer of the Masters degree program in Couple and Family Therapy at the Jansen Newman Institute. And a regular guest lecturer for other universities. I am a presenter for The Couple and Family Training Centre as well as PDP seminars and I am often commissioned to present for private organisations. I am a consultant to corporates - working with managers and executives to create healthier work place culture. This includes coaching. Specialisation: Working systemically - which means I work with the whole system whether I am consulting to an organisation or working with single client in private practice."
