Biography
Ms Khalil is a senior executive with significant experience in both the public and private sectors, including the not-for-profit space. With much of her career spent in the health sector, Caroline enjoys making a contribution at a senior level to effect good health policy and outcomes. Caroline brings experience in senior management with peak health bodies, strategic and operations management, governance, policy and advocacy, business change management, project and program management, and continuing education for health professionals. Prior to working in the not-for-profit sector, Caroline held various public sector roles with the most recent being an executive level role with the Department of Finance. Caroline holds qualifications in business and project management, and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), and member of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM).
