Biography
Dr Michelle Mulligan is a Specialist Anaesthetist (FANZCA) at Royal North Shore Hospital and in the private sector. She has management responsibility at Royal North Shore as the Clinical Director of the Division of Surgery and Anaesthetics, and also Chairs the Surgery and Anaesthetic Clinical Network. Her qualifications include an MBA, Fellowship of the Australian Institute of Company directors (FAICD) and Associate Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (AFRACMA). She has served on a number of Boards including the Council, Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists. Michelle joined the Northern Sydney Local Health District Board in 2017.
