Biography
Dr. Jose R. Lamas is a well-recognized General and Vascular Surgeon with over 20 years’ experience in a multitude of advance surgical procedures. He graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School with honors and completed his surgical training at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has received numerous awards and proclamations for excellence as a pioneer of the medical profession, as well as, a tribute by the Florida House of Representatives for outstanding selfless contributions to the community he serves. Dr. Lamas specializes in minimally invasive hernia and laparoscopic gallbladder surgeries
