Biography
Dr Aspa Sarris is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Psychology at the University of Adelaide. Her specific areas of research interest include: the assessment of organisational culture, the impact of individual differences on behaviour, and the functioning of groups and teams. Her research aims to contribute to our understanding of the factors in the workplace that impact upon inidividual and organisational health and wellbeing. Dr Sarris is the Program Coordinator of the Master of Psychology (Organisational & Human Factors) program. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the College of Organisational Psychologists. Dr Aspa Sarris is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Psychology at the University of Adelaide.
