Biography
Dr Chelsea Liu is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Adelaide Business School. Her research interests are in the areas of corporate governance, corporate litigation, corporate environmental responsibility, and mergers & acquisitions. Chelsea began teaching at the University of Adelaide in 2007. She holds a practicing certificate as a barrister and solicitor in Australia. Prior to becoming a full-time academic, Chelsea worked at commercial law firms. Chelsea currently serves on the Alumni Council of the University of Adelaide as an elected member representing the Faculty of The Professions.
