Since 2002, Principal of Knowledge Perspectives, a consulting collaborative that specialises in the management and development of knowledge intensive organisations. Since 2003, adjunct lecturer firstly at the Adelaide Graduate School of Business and now at the University of Adelaide Business School. Research Interest
My doctoral research is examining the links between intraorganisational collaboration and the social network structures formed within organisatins as a result. Other keen research interests include understanding knowledge and value flows within the supply chain for large scale engineering projects understanding complex negotiations as a system. Specialist research tools - social network analysis, value network analysis.
