Biography
Olga Muzychenko is Program Director - Master of International Management and lecturer at the University of Adelaide Business School where she teaches MBA and MIM courses. Her areas of expertise and research interests span across Cross-Cultural Management, Entrepreneurship and International Business. Olga's past research looked at various aspects of internationalisation of small and medium-sized enterprises, entrepreneurship education and training, management of cultural diversity, and psychological dimensions of international entrepreneurship. Her current research and practice interest is application of mindfulness in the workplace and design of mindfulness-based trasformative learning programs. After commencing her academic career Olga has been retaining link with the business community acting as a consultant to small and medium sized enterprises in Europe and Australia as well as the Enterprise Development Section of the International Labour Organisation. Her professional expertise is complemented with experience of working and living in France, Italy, the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, China mainland, Russia and Armenia.
