Dr. Brett Molesworth is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Aviation, The University of Newsouth Wales , Australia. His research interests includes Understanding human performance in complex socio-technical environments, with a particular emphasis on the factors that influence individual's at-risk behaviour (risk management). He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Brett Molesworth is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Understanding human performance in complex socio-technical environments, with a particular emphasis on the factors that influence individual's at-risk behaviour (risk management).
