His research interests includes business strategy, business process improvement, change management, governance, regulatory compliance, operational and occupational safety systems, risk management, leadership development, employee engagement/communication and relationship management. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. John Vincent is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
