His research interests includes Influence of social emotions (e.g., pride, gratitude) in intrapersonal domains (goal pursuit, resilience, wellbeing), interpersonal domains (trust, negotiation, leadership), and intergroup domains (status, attitudes, intergroup aggression). He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Lisa A. Williams is the member of many international affiliations.
