Biography
Dr. Weixing Xu is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, The University of Newsouth Wales , Australia. His research interests includes superhard alloy, silicon, ceramics, and discovered the workpiece profile forming process, and revealed the mechanisms of the vibration-assisted intermittent machining. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Weixing Xu is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to superhard alloy, silicon, ceramics, and discovered the workpiece profile forming process, and revealed the mechanisms of the vibration-assisted intermittent machining.
