Biography
I have 20 years Safety, Environment, Quality and Training experience in mining, minerals processing, chemical processing and power generation. Having worked in construction, early operations and mature operations, it is my goal to get safety designed in to processes. I do not want to see anyone suffer pain as a result of their work. I am passionate about emerging safety professionals developing the concepts, knowledge and skills to give practical safety advice and implement sustainable solutions in organisations….so that ultimately people don’t get hurt as a result of work. Based across the Gladstone and Bundaberg campuses, I particularly focus on teaching in the areas of Accident Scene Management and Professional Preparedness for both OHS and Accident Forensics students.
