Biography
Jacqueline joined the Faculty of Business and Law in March 2017 and has previously taught undergraduate and postgraduate organisational behaviour and human resource management at Australian Catholic University, Macquarie University and University of Newcastle. She is an organisational psychologist, with extensive industry experience in senior HRM positions including consulting in organisational development and change. Jacqueline holds a Doctor of Philosophy from Macquarie Graduate School of Management. Her PhD research is the first empirical investigation of the careers of Australian academics aged in their 50s and focused on the unprecedented human resource challenge of an ageing academic workforce, drawing attention to the organisational risks and sustainability issues for universities. She also holds a Masters of Applied Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts (double major in Psychology and Education), both from Macquarie University.
