Biography
Dr. Kamgarpour's research is in the field of algebraic geometry, number theory, and representation theory. He obtained his PhD from the University of Chicago, under the direction of Professor Vladimir Drinfeld. He then spent three years as an NSERC Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of British Columbia. Following this period, he spent 18 month as a postdoctoral fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics and the University of Bonn.
